Attorney Paul Edlund is an energetic, creative, and accomplished law firm that specializes in providing his clients with solutions to their complicated criminal cases. Working exclusively as a defense lawyer, he has represented and successfully defended many clients facing a wide variety of serious charges, including murder, sexual assault, drug offenses, domestic abuse, fraud, theft, and more. Through his in-depth understanding of criminal procedures for both the state of Minnesota and the Federal Justice System, he has won numerous pre-trial dismissals, acquittals, and victories at the Court Of Appeals for his clients. He is an attorney completely committed to protecting his clients and fighting for their rights.
In addition to his active criminal law practice, Paul is an Adjunct Professor of Law at St. Thomas Law School. Mr. Edlund teaches third year law students how to become effective advocates in the courtroom and how to become trial lawyers.
In 2008, he was named by the award-winning magazine Minnesota Law and Politics as a "Rising Star" in Criminal Defense, a designation that is awarded only to the top 2.5% of all attorneys in the state under the age of 40.
Paul received his undergraduate degree in law at the University of Minnesota. He earned his Law Degree at the William Mitchell College of Law.
